When you press the "Save" button, the greetings card is stored on sdcard. Normally you can see immediately your creation on your image gallery under a folder named "nickyvalentine".
Some phones doesn’t upgrade immediately the sdcard contents, but if you restart the phone, the image gallery will reload and you will see you greeting card.
